great learning experience if you have the patience to stay there long enough
$12/ hour is a decent pay for not having much experience (HS diploma/ged required)
hiring desicions are usually very fast
incentives after 3 months working and having passed all your tests (though the incentives are usually really small if you don't sell a lot)
they continuously hold events for the community
Cons
the job is very repetitive and there are no benefits for part-time employees
there are a lot of tests and quizzes before you can work at a window by yourself. and even after you pass the tests and certifications, you continuously have to keep taking some.
co-workers are not professional at ALL!
too much downtime makes the job boring
you must drive to berkely 2 times for training
lots of drama between employees (most are teenage girls)
you are constantly being evaluated
no advancement opportunities
there isnt ever really communication between the employees and senior management
