The biggest perk about working here is that regardless of what you did, if you met your numbers you'd get nice a bonus every quarter. We'd get bonuses for the services we did along with incentives from merchants like Netspend, and Lendify.

Cons

Management likes to gossip and they like to promote their friends. No matter how badly their friends perform. Get ready to be asked to praise someone with much less knowledge and skills than others you'll meet. They're quick to turn your words around and use them against you. This company runs on favoritism, if you're not a favorite get ready to have to work harder than others.
