Pros
Flexible hours and the option to work from home on certain days ,very convenient, especially for young parents. Once they realize you're good at what you do, you'll get to work on high-impact, interesting projects. Great location. Awesome team, really good people to work with. Nice perks like RSUs and other benefits.
Cons
This year, the company decided not to offer raises , instead, there’s a one-time stock bonus that will be given later on. Some people in the company are extremely rigid and unwilling to be flexible, even when it’s clearly in the company's best interest. Senior leadership tends to be a bit full of themselves. Even if you support them or contribute to a project, don’t expect a thank you , appreciation is not part of the culture at that level.
