Some talented staff who genuinely make the place okay to work in. There is a level of skill and experience to gain from a company like this, 6-12 months at most then move on. Otherwise you are settling for a simple job with fed up people.

This company has been given the handbook on how to run a fast growing tech company but with all the actual good advice redacted.
