      There is nothing good I can say about Checkout.com

      Cons

      Checkout.com is simply the worst run company I have ever experienced. The leadership team is made up of incompetent people who simply say yes to anything Guillaume (CEO) says and are unable to think for themselves. The culture at the company is extremely toxic and everyone is only interested in protecting themselves. Coworkers are resistant to provide any help outside of their direct responsibilities. Leadership also chooses favorites and if you are not on that list you will not grow your career here. If you care at all about your career you should run, not walk, far away from Checkout.com

      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
