Pros

Decent pay and good benefits Visa sponsorship and relocation help Recognised brand and good for your CV A lot of really great people from all over the world Tech is pretty bleeding edge and most processes work excellently at the scale they’re operating Possible team moves and horizontal positions

Cons

This rigid RTO policy where your attendance is tracked and you don’t even get to choose your days felt more important to the senior leadership than the actual output Work on some teams was lacking direction and strategy A bit of a “big brother” style culture but I guess it’s common at this scale

Pros

Good salary, thats about it

Cons

Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
