      Pros

      Great pay and benefits. Great work-life balance. Remote. Everyone is working really hard for the greater good.

      Cons

      Crappy Leadership that is ALWAYS changing, No DEI (though they claim it's a priority. People get fired all the time. C-level leadership as well as SVPs play DIRTY.

      Great insurance. Learning Stipends, etc

      Cons

      -Senior leadership only cares about what is new and shiny. -They treat AI like a religion. Forcing everyone to use AI for everything as though we don't realize that the end goal is to eliminate our roles - All Hands Meetings every month where Senior Leadership pats themselves on the back while ignoring any existing issues. - Support is treated like a necessary evil instead of a fundamental part of doing business. Would prefer to ship the roles overseas or replace with AI - Extremely high attrition for Senior Leadership.
