Pros

Good salary if you're freshman here. Good opportunity to work with some smart people here. Nice working environment and work-life balanced.

Cons

Salary grows slowly. Too many meetings for management to make decisions. The average employee's age is more than 40-year-old. Sometimes we have communication generation gap.

Pros

Solid Company Reputation: Chunghwa Telecom is a leader in the telecom industry in Taiwan and offers a stable work environment. Good Work-Life Balance: Management encourages employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Flexible hours and the option for remote work (depending on the department) are great perks. Opportunities for Learning and Growth: There are several training programs and opportunities for professional development. You can build a solid career if you take advantage of these resources. Supportive Team: The work culture is collaborative, and coworkers are generally friendly and willing to help each other out. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, especially in larger projects.

Cons

Slow Decision-Making Process: Being a large corporation, decision-making can be slow at times, especially when it comes to implementing new ideas or changes. Siloed Departments: Communication between different departments can be challenging, leading to occasional inefficiencies. Limited Innovation in Certain Areas: While Chunghwa is a major player in the industry, there is still some room for improvement in terms of adopting cutting-edge technologies or offering innovative solutions compared to some competitors.
