Pros
- very flexible shifts so it's easy to work during school & still have a social life - fun coworkers who are the same age as you - a couple of my friends used it as an in to get a job at head office once they finished school. they like to hire internally.
Cons
- not a lot of possibility to get promoted within the theatre. you can eventually get to be a team leader or teller but there's not much of a salary increase - min. wage
