Pros

Pros are few and far between. Willing to train despite your background; they look for a skill set which is better than most companies who only want degrees with no background to show for it.

Cons

High turnover, micro management, poor managerial skills. Despite what they say, all they care about are numbers, they don't care about you as an employee, whatsoever. They hide the truth from the application and interview. Originally hired as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, only to be forced to become AR AND receptionist AND data entry, and anything else in the office that they need. The pay doesn't come close to the workload. Salary review is a joke... literally .25 cents a year. Managers that don't want to pick up the slack when people are out yet they won't hire an additional office partner to help balance the already overwhelming workload. Vacation use is questioned...and DENIED because there aren't enough partners to work customer service even though it's not even your job. The office manager is supposed to pick up the slack so the others can work and they refuse. Office hours strictly 8-5; you can't schedule doctor appointments, events, etc and stay later or come early to make up your time because partners don't have personal lives, apparently. Meanwhile, management just ups and leaves whenever they want at the drop of a dime to be with their families or anything they have personal to do. Reprimanding management for problematic behaviors because of favoritism is expected. Management does sneaky, underhanded things to their partners. Hiding employee's final paychecks because the GM doesn't like when ppl leave to better themselves, racist, taking photos of employees who work two jobs (which is stalking )to make sure they're where they say they are and can't work OT, the list goes on. They'll lie and manipulate the rules to cover themselves when they do something wrong and YOU have to pay for it. Going against attendance policy and making their own rules, only to double back and write you up when they originally said it was okay to contact them a certain way if something happens. If you speak out against or question anything, you will forever be a black sheep and can't advance. And certainly not when they know you're right and won't accept it. Honesty and integrity is all the CEO preaches but they don't follow it AT ALL. I have never worked for a more dishonest and untrustworthy company. I have come to hate Cintas with every fiber of my being. The day I can quit can't come soon enough.

Pros

The Commission is great. You can make good money in this place.

Cons

While the pay is good, the culture here is not. It is incredibly restrictive. It is very much a “Do what I want you to do, how I want you to do it, and when I want you to do it” management style. They constantly remind you of how much money you can make there which gets annoying after a while. The service team and the sales team are constantly at odds. Not just Cintas, but the industry in general is very sleazy, much like a car dealership. They screw over their smaller customers with enormous year over year price increases. I know a particular salesperson who is having a lot of success their who has no problem lying to his customers, and never answering their calls when the problems come. As long as he keeps the deals coming Cintas does not care. Corporate greed is on full display at Cintas. The Management Development program for college graduates seems like a great opportunity. If you are a young college graduate and you get the opportunity, I would recommend that.
