Constant Pay/Compensation changes disguised as good for the SSR, Constant price changes that are not made public to the SSR or the customers (deceptive?). Managers try to run a location on the cheap, as their yearly bonus depends on this. Ie....no service manager the Operations Manager can handle everything. Office Partners not being held accountable for their mistakes that affect you and your customers.
