The PIP policy is being used to terminate employees rather than to support improvement, and also to deny the 10% CPLI (Company Performance Linked Incentive). The “bench” policy is mentioned in documentation, but it is not followed in practice. Funds such as CPLI and project allowance are not being released even after employee separation.
