I have been working at CitiusTech full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Have a good healthy client base of big healthcare players in the US market so projects are always there if you have the skills.
Always able to learn and implement the latest technologies - always growing ones skill set.
Good mentoring - but that might change project to project.
Always appreciated with more or less job compensation (provided you're job at your job).

    Cons

Getting out of on-going projects might be a bit hard.
Senior level management might be over-committing to clients on the deliverables which may cause unnecessary work pressures.
With the company growing - getting the same kind of increments (which we used to get lets say 2-3 years back) is getting tough.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing - and always listen to the leads while committing to clients.

    I worked at CitiusTech full-time

    Pros

    - Good company to join only in early stage of your career as there is good amount of learning when you start.
    - Specializes in healthcare so good for people who want to pursue career in healthcare
    - Pays slightly better than other MNCs

    Cons

    - Onsite bonds are totally unrealistic for employees although onsite assignments are supposed to be in mutual benefit for employee and more so for a company
    - No focus on employee satisfaction!
    - Evaluations/ appraisal feedback is not performance oriented. So, fixed growth path irrespective of your perf.
    - Employee issues/ concerns are not addressed actively/effectively.

    Cons

    1. Policies keep changing for VISA/ GC , benefits(every year policy changes based on HR/Senior mgmt mood)

    3. Experienced people should KEEP AWAY in US, fresh or budding engg who want to explore US might find it interesting as they can visit new place every 3 months
    4. All control in Mumbai, the management feels they bought you paying $$(not hired you)
    5. 3 months projects are considered long term & you should be ready to move immediately whenever a manager in Mumbai gets a mood swing , suggest to buy buy an RV instead of renting or buying a home before joining

    Advice to Management

    1. Focus on bringing real experienced managers not just braggers
    2. Bring value to customers just not try to get new projects

    Cons

One of the few companies where onsite folks put in more hours than the ones offshore. Offshore teams have more work to do with regards to cubicle decorations, cultural event participations etc.
    Excellent HR and Immigration teams
Maximum revenues arrive from onsite teams but they suffer the most

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent, let people know whats going to happen and not wait till the last moment.
