Pros

Flexible work hours Light and casual work environment On-site opportunities Good transport facility Encouraging management Casual work environment is biggest pro to be honest. Various festivals and activities are celebrated in full swing. Good career opportunities for laterals. Management is supportive. Opportunities for leadership are given and encouraged.

Cons

Data security hysteria Being in healthcare domain, by law it is mandatory that you will be facing strict policies bit at times they can drive person insane. You can't send or receive email from outside(literally, except some white list senders, only company employee can email you)on official email id, Can't operate any personal email on pc, list of approvals to install even smallest software, it guys poking you for various software upgrades, issues to keep up with POLICIES. Im not blaming the company here. It's simply the domain that requires this privacy but this can take a toll of mind sometime Domian specific As company specifically operates in healthcare domain, it does offer number of roles which specifically belong to this domain(generally, the implementation engineer). I won't recommend this company for a fresher because if you get a domain specific role, your have very few choices if you ever wish to switch in future.
