Pros
- Good company to join only in early stage of your career as there is good amount of learning when you start. - Specializes in healthcare so good for people who want to pursue career in healthcare - Pays slightly better than other MNCs
Cons
- Onsite bonds are totally unrealistic for employees although onsite assignments are supposed to be in mutual benefit for employee and more so for a company - No focus on employee satisfaction! - Evaluations/ appraisal feedback is not performance oriented. So, fixed growth path irrespective of your perf. - Employee issues/ concerns are not addressed actively/effectively.
