Pros

Flexible timings and No formals Decent infrastructure Good projects in the company which includes GE healthcare, etc. Also company has decent no of internal projects. Good onsite opportunities for devs but not for QA. Home drops for women working after 10 pm, also comp off for working on weekends. Friday snacks and lot of fun filled employee engagement activities are conducted. Lots of training done by training team to improve skills.

Cons

Staffing team is really pathetic, they will literally just tag to a project even if you don't have the relevant skills just to get it out of their plate. Finance team doesn't provide timely replies to any queries regarding pay, pf etc. Seems they are always overloaded. Exit process is really pathetic, they should atleast have a online portal for the entire clearance process. No mechanism in company to track daily shuttles running from office to office. Canteen facilities are just pathetic in Building 11 right from services to food quality, much better in building 14 and Andheri even though vendor is the same. Yearly hikes provided are very less due to which many people left recently. Company just has 5 mandatory leaves per year, rest all are all optional. Very difficult to get release from certain projects and switch to other project even if you have skills required.
