Lot of Favorism & partiality among juniors & seniors Most of projects require late night work Company don't provide drop facility to male employees in night only after 11 which does not make sense Canteen needs improvement There is no transparency about project allocation & work time while hiring & allocating projects. If people are not comfortable with other shifts they are fired. Poor Project management leads to excess work load on employees Not good hike Very Limited / No onsite Nothing extra ordinary, Don't know why this company received Great Place to Work !!!
