1. Learnt a lot from the project I was tagged to. Cannot think about anything else
Cons
1. Less Transport Facility 2. Less Options in canteen 3. Infrastructure is average 4. No proper working hours followed in Projects 5. Micromanagement to a very pathetic level 6. No appraisals in COVID 7. 10% variable compensation in covid year 8. No laptops, only desktops 9. Very limited projects. If you are lucky you get a good project [Ofcourse, Points 1,2,3 do not matter now]
