Good for freshers, they directly get chance to do coding. Flexi timings. Good transport facilities Can reach to higher management easily for any issues. Company policies for employees are very good Flat salary structure, everything is in hand
Cons
No process followed in the projects. Need to run behind DL's for requirements No documentation Need to run behind project DL's for appraisals. Person who works gets more work, and person who is not working is always ignored Some Dl's are not at all serious about employee growth in their projects Employee placement is not done as per their skills
