Pros
Overall they do great job in keeping employees happy. They have open door policy, CEO takes feedback himself - he is usually available in cafeteria for lunch and sits randomly with people group and asks them about their feedback - which is unique. Projects are only in healthcare with lot of onsite opportunities. They are growing at nice pace so if you are in new project - you become senior quickly
Cons
If you dont like to Travel - may be this is not for you. They are limited to Healthcare domain so all your previous domain exp (if not HC) goes away
