Pros

1. get salary on time 2. flexible timings and 2 days wfo 3. get rebuirsement for food and courses (sometimes only not every time) 4. indoor games are there which you can play in your free time like carrom,TT, foosball. 5. in office canteen is present which offers decent food at fair price 6. Pays good salary above market standards but it is usesless if Citiustech cant tag employee on projects.

Cons

1. limited projects only 2. if someone will get project then it will be support project or of different technology which you dont know 3. staffing or project allocate team is worst they dont even check the employees profile before tagging into project like L1 level employee will get L4 level of project and after interview they told that your knowledge is too low and got rejected from project. 4. and after getting 2-3 rejections you will be fire 5. Most of the clients of Citiustech wants min. 4-5 yoe candidates so dont join if your experience is below 4 otherwise you have to stay on bench and one day you will be fire. 6. in CitiusTech its your duty to get into project you have top ask seniors and you have to ask project team or staffing teams otherwise you will stay on bench for max 4-5 months and after that you will be fired as you never be a part of any project. 7. dont know why Citustech hire people when they dont want to tag employees on project. Its my personal opinion please join other company if you have counter offers. May be CitiusTech will you more but think for job security.
