Pros

Home drop-off service at night

Cons

1. There's a significant amount of internal politics, particularly from employees who have been with Citiustech for over nine years. 2. The work culture is unhealthy and has been brought up numerous times in 'Connect with CEO' calls, but no action has been taken. Employees at onsite locations are expected to work extended hours to align with their time zone. 3. If you're assigned to the BIC or Perform+ project, it can be extremely challenging. Switching projects isn't an option, and managers may suggest leaving the organization as the only way out, reflecting the unhealthy work culture. 4. The introduction of the CPLI component in the salary structure is not beneficial. It's essentially your own money, which you receive after 14 months, and its disbursement is contingent on Citiustech's performance. 5. I wouldn't advise anyone to join here, as the expectation is for employees to work tirelessly, akin to robots.
