Pros

1. The HR team is responsive; the operation and IT support teams are quite responsive and quickly resolve the issue. 2. They have cultural events, games, etc. 3. You can get some good work here, but it totally, depends on the project. 4. They offer a fixed salary.

Cons

1. They don't have many projects for mobile development. 2. The staffing team is the worst; they don't give you the right opportunity if you are on the bench. 3. The work environment and work-life balance depend on the project you are selected. 4. It is purely a service-based company, so they give more preference to clients than to the employees. 5. The cafeteria is small and does not have many options. (Pune Blueridge office) 6. Also, the quality of the current food vendor is the worst (Pune Blueridge office). 7. The Company was better before Rajan's leadership
