Pros

After Management change there is nothing which is in PROS as all the existing policies got changed disastrously.

Cons

1. No appraisal to employees for last 2 years. 2. Micro Management at peak. 3. All perks and allowances terminated. 4. By giving WFH lolipop they are trying to run the projects. 5. Projects are running out and new projects are not coming. 6. Existing clients are not happy with the new structure. 7. Employees are terminated without notice. 8. Due to no new project Layoffs are happening at peak. 9. Due to no future thinking current employees are having job security issues. 10. There is no vision to retain existing good performing resources even on clients recommendation. 11. Company only focusing on hiring resource from Wipro and Tech Mahindra. 12. Company not ready for Hike but ready to pay hire amount for hiring external resources and then fire if not getting project in 90days. 13. Biggest scam is get project in 90days or else be ready for termination letter on 91st day
