Very well paid considering other internships (I made 26/hr, there was another intern during my time who made 29/hr)
Everyone on staff was friendly, from management to union labor

Toooooons of dead time
No one in management was very interested in training us or giving us projects
Dirty office environment, which comes with the job but also these guys were slobs
Emergencies can happen on a dime which meant interns are pushed out of the way even more
