Good,smart, dedicated people working in the trenches. Great benefits. Adequate salaried compensation. Aggressive growth goals stated, although it is sometimes difficult to see how they intend on meeting them. Honest commitment to the safety of individuals. Laid back work atmosphere.
Cons
Generally poor communication. Good communication is really missing between Cleveland HQ and the mine sites. Company does not do a good job of integrating experienced newcomer talent. New employees experienced in technology and concepts proven in previous positions have difficulty being heard. Sometimes difficult to understand why some individuals are in some positions; at all levels. No good career path for technical guys, career growth is through management.
