Pros
Stay busy but not usually overwhelming. They pay is great for anyone not in a skilled labor.
Cons
Swing shift breaks you down. Forced overtime, if your relief doesn't show up, you're not going home for another 8 hours. You read that right, 16 hour shifts are not uncommon and multiple back to back 16 hour days are not unheard of.
