Pros
The CEO has great expectations and big ideas. He is taking the Company to new and great heights. This is a massive departure from the old AK Steel management.
Cons
Its hard for management and for the union to shake the old ways under AK Steel. It will come with time. So far, things look very promising for the Company and its employees.
