Pros
We were formerly owned by AK Steel. It was awful. Forced write-ups, lack of safety standards, etc. I will say since Cleveland-Cliffs has taken over, it has been a world of difference! They are putting a good amount of money into the place and re-evaluating the safety program. I have great hope for the future!!!
