Pros
Good pay, 12 hour shifts. A lot of good employees in Union and salary. That's about it. Everything else is a negative.
Cons
Benefits keep getting worse for salary every year. Foremen and dispatcher are paid for 12 hour a shift but required to work 12.5 to 14 hours per shift. Raises are minuscule. Engineers have no experience but make plans without consulting people that have to do work. Upper management have no personalities and no common sense.
