Pros
New CEO attempted to pay union workers more money. Improved some benefits and increased pay for bonuses if the company was doing well. A few good people left working there, for now.
Cons
Laid off 1/3 of workforce. Lost the majority of business in Tin Plate. Legacy Mill riddled with problems and ancient equipment that was neglected for decades. New General Manager is far worse than the previous manager. Morale has sunk to new lows. The best people have left the company. Most of those who remain are dead weight. Stay away from Weirton.
