Pros
The corporate office is downtown Cleveland which has many perks, places to eat things to do. Thats about it.
Cons
None that I saw in the 3+ years I worked there. Contractors take the abuse form current employees and are fores to work O/T to do THEIR job. May occasions employees are drunk at lunch, have emotional breakdowns when requited to do work, One employee got so drunk during a Xmas party they had to be carried out. Multiple times Crying, slander and truth embellishment are conveyed to upper level manager mend and both sides are never heard.
