      Decent pay and benefits. Mostly nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Rules, rules, rules. They almost change daily. Lots of last minute overtime. No work/family balance. Management is quick to point fingers. Lack of any training. Push, push, push! Forgot about quality, they want numbers!
