We do pay our associates minimum wage or higher. Our business model is not about the minimum wage, but the high commissions you can earn. Consider auto dealership sales people and how they make their earnings or those in the food service industry that gain tips/commission/bonus. This business model is tried and true and makes our techs some of the highest paid in this industry. Check out how much employees at our competitors are making compared to us or just ask those whom came to us from our competitors. Those whom engage in our business model has prospered and have continued to work with us for years. We understand that this isn't for everyone, acknowledging this, and we wish you success nonetheless.
