Great work life balance with many opportunities to grow and learn. The people are very intelligent, fun, and thoughtful individuals who care about sharing their knowledge and thinking about your success. The Finance rotational program is excellent for career growth. Leadership is very strong and holds to a growth culture approach while maintaining strong values about workplace integrity and engagement. A very robust Learning and Development program to get exposure to areas outside of your day to day jobs.
Cons
While the culture is seeking to catch up to that of today's hottest workplaces, it will take some time for it to seem authentic and resonate from all areas. Some functions are more balanced than others. The rotation program, though it provides more opportunities than some places, can sometimes be limiting in its structure and guidelines. Some processes are very outdated and require tribal knowledge; not the best IT - which is understandable for the industry.
