Cons
Since we're a small team, there are times when we need to step outside our usual roles and tackle different tasks. This is great for learning new skills, but if you really like sticking to what you know best, it might be a bit of a stretch. The good news is, it doesn't happen all that often. Our senior management is on top of this and has been doing a great job at making sure we're not constantly juggling too many hats. They've really listened and made big improvements, so it's getting better all the time.
