The people you work with are great. Benefits are decent.
Cons
The Company don't care much about their employees. They only care about making money. Management is constantly absent. They should be trained on how to manage the hotel and people, and to be fully acquainted with the hotel's software. They dont deal with clients' problems. Instead they passes the problems onto other people. Having worked for other hospitality companies, I can honestly say that Club Quarters is probably one of the worst environments I have ever worked with in terms of treating their staff fairly.
