Too much drama. Every month is like a new season to your least favorite show. The "senior leads" who are supposed to be in charge are always in their office. The associates and leads do all the hard work and only get compensated with an employee of the month or a pizza party. Also, little to no room for growth. Seniority doesn't pay a role in the company at all and they are not afraid to replace you.
