      door to door sales cult like morning meetings no sale no PAY genuinely a waste of time churn and burn Very high turnover on my second day three of the people I was hired alongside quit I assume even if someone lasts a mere week but makes atleast a sale or 2 it is a net positive for the company and they dont care about that individual quitting or being fired
