Exceptionally conservative Management Team - Dynamic or innovative aren't words utilised within CAvS. Annual separation rates of 30-35%. Very, very lean processes and budgets - Budgets don't meet expectations or requirements. Toxic office culture - Any conversation that highlights known deficiencies or issues are very much labeled as subversive. If you cant "sell real estate", don't anticipate success within the Management sphere. Unbelievably poor packages for compensation and benefits.
