      Great learning experience for people looking to get into the aviation industry. Family atmosphere upon coworkers. Tons of over time .

      Cons

      Pay was low compare to other MRO companies. $14.75hr that's holding a A&P Work schedule needs to be adjusted. Maybe you got lucky worked Monday- Thursday or you worked Friday- Tuesday say goodbye to weekends . HR not your friend

      Family environment, good benefits, excellent compensation, 401K, Vacation and sick time with a lot of flexibility

      Many customers we need more space for office and we need more employees in each department
