Pros
It was a job. Owner and his minions are awful but there are a lot of good, hard working mechanics that have a lot of talent and pride in what they do. Benefits (Medical, Dental 401k) are decent
Cons
Company is run like a sweat shop. Employees are treated like a number. Morale is terrible, pay is low for the industry. It's a place to start if you are desperate and need a job and have no other options.
