Pros

You're not micro-managed as long as you are getting the job done, flexible schedule, ability to work from home with all the tools you need to do your job professionally, good time off benefits, the comfort in knowing you can speak to any executive and they are truly willing to support you with any issues that you may have.

Cons

This job is very demand and at times it can be difficult to balance work-life, but supervising managers are there to support you as much as they can. We have seen a lot of changes/turnover and I feel we are trying to do a better job in the type of people we hire, but also some of the changes have resulted from promoting within.

There's a steady workflow, and CMA provides good training for new hires. Supportive environment and they value employees.
