Pros

Pros are like fixed Saturday-Sunday off, Indian Holidays, Work Pressure in very nominal, shift timings is 5pm to 2am. Tuesday WFH, office is small so less toxicity is there, team & others are kind of supportive if you're willing to learn & adapt. You'll get an exposure of directly working with US CRM under the Co. Director. Monthly Dinners are organised by the office for employees. A lot of learning opportunities are there plus hands-on working experience on Excel, Pivoting, Data Summarisation, conducting regular QAPI meetings or monthly review with Healthcare Corporates, working with Physicians & Healthcare Facilities by handling your own assigned state. A lot of good things were there.

Cons

Cons is underpaid as per Market Standards, for the same work employees working in Ahmedabad Office are getting paid much higher than the team working efficiently in Delhi.

Pros

This company has been a leader in the field starting with humble but visionary beginnings 25 years ago. Amazing growth over the years. Thousands of Post-Acute facilities in 29 states have partnered with Vohra because of the value and success exhibited as a solution in healthcare. The company is all about clinical excellence and continuous learning. The company gives opportunity for Physicians, NP's , PA's, Nurses to become certified and/or Fellowship Trained. This is amazing and unique. There is no perfect company in the world. What I have seen is that if mistakes are made, leadership will listen, reflect, and many times make a change to be better. If they see earnest efforts, results, they show appreciation. MD's/NP's, etc are promoted from within. The company does not rest on laurels. They tweak and finesse things yearly to improve for its employees. One can have a stable career here or a growth oriented career. The structure is in place. One simply needs to be trained in the already successful methodology . It is only not for those that want to be an island unto themselves or are impatient.

Cons

No Pension, No 401k match, however if you happen to choose an HSA; the company does contribute to that.
