Glassdoor Review for Eclaro (Recommended – 5 stars) Role: Executive Assistant (Contract placement at a large financial services firm) Dates Employed: October 2025 – November 2025 Location: Hybrid / New York, NY I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Eclaro was so genuinely positive—even during an extremely difficult assignment—that I felt compelled to share. From day one, the onboarding process was the smoothest and most supportive I’ve ever had with any staffing agency. William handled my placement and made sure every detail was taken care of quickly and professionally. He was responsive, transparent, and actually seemed to care that I was set up for success—not just filling a req. When serious workplace issues arose at the client site (harassment and retaliation after I reported inappropriate behavior), Eclaro’s HR team immediately stepped in and had my back in a way I’ve never experienced before. They listened without judgment, believed me, helped me organize extensive documentation, coached me through multiple meetings with the client’s Employee Relations team, and consistently advocated for reasonable accommodations and my overall well-being—even when the client ultimately refused to make any changes. In an industry where contractors are often treated as disposable, Eclaro treated me like a real person whose health and professional integrity mattered. They never pressured me to “just deal with it,” and when it became clear the environment was no longer safe or sustainable, they fully supported my decision to prioritize myself and resign. I’ve worked with many staffing firms over the years—Eclaro is in a completely different league. If you’re a contractor looking for an agency that actually supports you when things get hard, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Huge thank-you especially to William and the entire HR team—you restored my faith that there are still good players in this space. Exceptional communication, genuine care for contractors, strong advocacy when issues arise, seamless onboarding and payroll I would absolutely work with Eclaro again and recommend them to anyone.
