      Work atmosphere and large group of employees to share your problems

      Cons

      From last one year, the policies are changed unexpectedly, and we have seen so many layoffs. Before, we don't have good hikes, but we had believed in company policies. Not any more.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
