Pros

Eihab is a great place to work. They truly believe in giving employees the opportunity to grow and advance in their careers. Supervisors truly listen to your concerns. The leadership wants to make a difference in individual's and staff's lives and always strive to make the company better. I love the teamwork and interdisciplinary aspect of the company and the comradery shown between colleagues. The individuals are wonderful and watching them make progress and making a meaningful impact in their lives is the best part of the job. Eihab has an open door policy and continue to listen to employees and the individual's needs. Collaborative work environment, teamwork is always evident, supportive supervisors and leadership.

Cons

Can be stressful at times but seeing the individual's growth and advancement makes it worth it.

Pros

I literally can't think of a single redeeming quality.

Cons

The only job I ever walked out on without notice - it was that bad. I was hired as a cook, and then was never allowed to cook anything because the "manager" wanted to make sure it was done perfectly. The only thing left to do was clean, and clean obsessively in case the state came in. It wasn't a big kitchen, so I spent most of the day wiping down a clean counter I wiped down 5 minutes ago. He held schedules hostage and would never post one (not once while I worked there); just tell you to come back to work the next day. Every day was a surprise. I finally walked out after working for over a week straight and still not having a clue when I'd have a day off. The whole thing felt very off, like something nefarious was going on. Posters about s*xual harrassment everywhere; we were told to not even SMILE at the kids and basically ignore their existence other than dispensing food, lest someone see it and think we have some kind of inappropriate relationship. So, you don't even get the rewarding part of the job - brightening the day of a kid in a tough situation, even with just a smile. It was inhumane. It was a massive campus, but there were only 10-20 kids there? Everything was dark and locked down, and very neglected and dirty. And on top of all of this, we were feeding children expired food (and not just once; the pantry always had expired food). Manager acted like he couldn't understand why he was losing another worker.
