Family oriented company originally (worked there almost 7 years) Unfortunately once the Founder (Tom Love) passed the Company is only concerned with Profits and not people anymore. Senior Management leads through fear and intimidation now. Loves Shares Program (Profit Sharing Program after 7 years with Company) sounds amazing but is not real. Sad to see a great program started by our Founder defiled by the new Leadership.
Cons
Senior Leadership leads by fear and intimidation. Family still involved but completely removed from Operations and the Senior Leadership Team is focused only on Profits instead of the People (as it had been before Founders passing). The Shares Program is fantastic if you can make it to 7 years. Unfortunately it is closely monitored and the Senior Team terminates High Performers prior to 100% Vesting. Senior Leadership purged 4 District Managers in March 2026 that were all within 30 days of their 100% Vesting date. They also terminated 4 General Managers within 30 days of vesting in April.
