Professional, well established, takes care of their people

Pros

Management (on my account) was AMAZING and so was the team on my account! Work life balance was strong and having a remote position was a blessing. Pay was decent (though it could better match the cost of living). Performance raises were good, nice benefits and C&W covered the additional costs when health insurance premiums increased drastically. Office was super nice.

Cons

Not as much recognition for those working in facilities management, especially depending on the account you work for (and especially if you are a mobile engineer). Also account depending- structure/rules/position changes at the drop of a hat with not much warning, account does not always listen to teams on the backend and what they need. You won't meet a lot of people since most accounts/teams act cliquey. C&W is pushing to have employees back in office 4 days a week as their new 'hybrid' plan (obviously, that's not really hybrid. And there's no way the office will have the space for that). Limited ability to move up/around unless you know someone or if your account removes positions. Clients on the account you work may be rude and nit-picky (especially if its a medical service client).
