      Pros

      The colleagues are nice people. Working professionally and the managemnt is good. Good culture in the company.

      Cons

      For some it may be a pros but I didn't like going to the office 2 times per week even that now this is a standart work life policy. The office for me is just too far away. Many people are overworked and the companu is trying to ct cost on staff.

      Coworkers, cafeteria, on site gym.

      Cons

      Management No bonus They say they have unlimited PTO. But them letting you take it is another thing. The reason they say there is unlimited PTO is so they don't have to pay you for unused PTO when you leave the company.
